Gloria Dei is located at 300 Shunpike Road, Chatham NJ. Chatham is in Morris County, at the juncture of Essex County and Union County.
From the south and east: Take Route 78 to Route 24. Take Exit 7A and follow the first exit to River Road. After 2 traffic lights, stay on your right and River Road becomes Shunpike Road. Pass 4 more lights and the Church is on your right hand side. Use the 2nd driveway to enter.
From the west: Take Route 287 to Exit 35, Madison Avenue. At the exit ramp’s traffic light, make a left onto Madison Ace/124 East, and follow it for 3 miles. Pass Drew University and go under a railroad bridge in Madison. At 2nd traffic light, make a Right onto Green Village Road. At 3rd traffic light, make a left onto Shunpike Road. Church is 1 3/4 miles up on left hand side, just after Cougar Field.
Hint: In true New Jersey fashion, Shunpike Road is also named Watchung and River Road.
